After 30 years of going to one repair shop, I was very hesitant to have to go another shop. Although he came recommended from a trusted friend, I feared the worst, but Jerry was amazing. He diagnosed the issue and corrected the problem. He told me the cost over the phone and when I arrived I paid just that. His shop was very clean, professional,up to date, and his pricing was excellent. Auto Masters certainly earned mine and my family's business. I would highly recommend Auto Masters. This is the best service I have ever had for my car. I spoke with the owner on the phone twice to describe my problem and he greeted me at my car when I arrived at the shop. He was professional and personable. My problem was remedied quickly and they even found a secondary problem (a nail in my tire). Great attention to detail! The shop and waiting room were very clean and I am so pleased that we found this shop!

Brought my car here right at closing. The mechanic helped me out and stayed late until enterprise picked me up. He had the car ready the next day and got a particular brake line over nighted and installed at a very reasonable price.

I brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation since I saw a coupon for it on the website. I sat in the lobby and watched through the window while he did a meticulous 45 point inspection. He had also heard a noise on the right side while driving it into the shop that he was carefully checking on. I was nervous because I figured if he took that long, he was definitely going to find something to tell me I needed done, but to my surprise he was honest and told me that there was nothing that needed attention. He told me the exhaust system was getting old and loud and may need replacing soon, but he told me I’d hear it when it finally needed attention. I really appreciate his friendliness, extreme attention to detail, and honesty about the urgency (or lack there of) of what he did find.
