Visited Auto-Master for the first time today after searching online for a new, reliable mechanic for my '99 low mileage Lexus, having had poor experience with the Lexus dealership as well as several local shops. After their inspection, it was great to learn that my brake pads were in good shape for a while, the slow oil leak under the timing belt cover (that I was already aware of) would not need to be addressed at this time, the water pump seep (that I did not know about) did not need repair unless it worsened and the longtime noise behind the dash was the servos and the labor intensive repair for this was optional. I was pleased to leave there just paying for the oil change service. Jerzy and Chris were a pleasure to deal with and took their time to discuss my car and explain their customer service oriented philosophy.

Even though I didn't want to hear the bad news, these guys were very nice and polite while delivering it. They walked me through every step of the repairs and were willing to work with me the best they could. I highly recommend this shop for any work that needs to be done.
