This was my 1st time using Auto Master Repair and I was VERY impressed! I took my daughter’s Jeep there due to an intermittent engine issue that other dealerships couldn’t figure out (but always charged me). Auto Master spent 2 days working to find the problem and then gave me the Jeep back (with no charge!) and told me to run it for a couple weeks to see if they fixed it (which they did!).This is an honest and friendly dealership which does Outstanding work. I highly recommend them for your automotive needs!

I had set up diagnostic check up for a vehicle I wanted to purchase but got there a few mins before they closed. I met Vladimir and was told that he couldn’t look at my car because his lift was full with others cars. I explained my situation and he offered to look at it and even went as far to run a diagnostic check with his portable machine. I offered to give him something and he declined. I was impressed with his kindness and generosity. I even remembered the lady that answered the phone mentioning that I should drive the car on the highway and when I followed her advise their was a burning smell that occurred. Due to their aptitude I was saved from purchasing a vehicle that would caused me headaches. Thank you guys.

I have gone to this shop since I moved here and have always had great service and they are very nice. However their prices have gotten pretty outrageous. I recently got my alternator replaced and they charged me 393.49 for the part which is pretty pricey for a Toyota part. Then they said it took 4 hours of work and charged 726.97 for labor. I don’t really understand why they charged me so much for an alternator as my car is a Lexus rx 350 and with that hourly rate I’m paying them more than diesel mechanics get paid. Not to mention my oil changes here were also pretty pricey in the $100 range. Good shop but pricing is too much now so going to have to find a different place unfortunately.

I decided to use Auto Masters because of the reviews. I had what I thought was going to be a large expense involving the transmission. It was a sensor and not a major repair. The staff here are pleasant and professional. I was given a thorough explanation. I will use them again when necessary. I will recommend this company to my friends. Tony M.
